About Tomoko Katsurayama
Tomoko Katsurayama is a business leader, educator, and thought leader whose work connects management, global leadership, strategic experience design, and fulfillment through work.
Over the past two decades, she has built her career across Japan and international business, with experience at Nike Japan, Amazon Japan, a foreign consulting firm, and GLOBIS.
At GLOBIS, she led global business development and served as President and CEO of three companies in Southeast Asia, while also serving in senior executive roles in Japan.
She currently teaches business strategy, marketing strategy, and service management at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University, one of Japan’s leading MBA programs. Her teaching is grounded in both academic insight and extensive management experience, connecting theory with the realities of leadership, organizational growth, and value creation.
Tomoko is also the founder and representative director of T.K. Associates Co., Ltd., where she delivers lectures, advisory services, and consulting programs in Japan and internationally. Her work focuses on global mindset, fulfillment thinking, service management, leadership development, and the creation of meaningful value through business.
At the center of her work is a belief that people can achieve high performance while experiencing deeper fulfillment in what they do. Drawing on her experience in business, education, and cross-cultural leadership, she develops and shares practical skills and mental frameworks that help individuals and organizations unlock their potential, work with purpose and pride, and create value that extends beyond conventional measures of success.
